Unusual specimen of blue chalcedony in partial pseudomorphosis of a previous rhombohedral Calcite crystal. The surface looks particularly bright thanks to the presence of numerous microcrystals.
Sample from a not much known location belonging to the Fregosi collection (Voghera, Italy) of which it keeps the label.
